Louth is situated roughly halfway between Grimsby and Skegness. On the A16 Louth bypass, take the A157 signposted to Mablethorpe. At the roundabout take the second left onto the B1200 signposted towards Manby. At the traffic lights (with the shop on the left hand side), turn right onto Carlton road. Pass the post office on the left, continue on this road until the next left hand bend and Manby House is on the right hand side of the bend.
