There is a 25ft square Drawing Room with a roaring log fire, comfortable sofas and should you need it a large flat screen television with Sky TV available. There is also an honesty bar for our patrons. Any special requirements, such as specific Champagnes or spirits can be provided given notice.

There is  WIFI connectivity throughout the house which is charged at £5 per day inclusive.

Breakfast is served in The Dining Room which overlooks the gardens. In the summer food can be served on the Garden Terrace or Decking. Included in the price of your stay is a Full Lincolnshire Breakfast, using only the finest local produce. Breakfast is available between 7.30 and 9.00 am Monday to Friday and between 8.00 and 10.00am Saturday and Sunday. As an alternative we would be happy to give you a packed lunch.

There is also a Private Dining Room for guests that wish to have a little privacy or celebrate a special occasion.

Extensive Parking

Manby House has extensive car parking and can accommodate

cars, trailers and even bigger vehicles by arrangement.

All Bedroom Suites at Manby House have Digital Televisions, DVD Player, Radios, Tea and Coffee making facilities.

If you have any special requirements, we would be happy where possible to cater for your needs given enough notice. Foam pillows can also be provided.

The Cedar Suite

This is a wonderful suite of rooms on the first floor. There is a small Sitting Room which overlooks the front of Manby House, with a Sofa and TV/DVD facilities. There is a separate bedroom with Four Poster Bed and a large window overlooking the gardens. There is also a bathroom with a fantastic Multi Hydra Jet double shower unit with adjustable massage jets. A truly unique experience !

The Acacia Suite

This is situated on the 2nd floor of Manby House and overlooks the rear gardens. The room has a Deluxe Double Bed , a Single Bed and there is also ample room for a cot. There is a spacious Bathroom with bath and shower.

The Laurel Suite

This is situated on the 2nd floor with South facing views over the gardens. It has a deluxe Double Bed and also benefits from an ensuite bathroom complete with Jacuzzi  Bath Tub.

The Fern Suite

A   bedroom  with a zip & link bed which can be made in to a double, single or twin bed, on the 1st floor with an integral shower unit and a private toilet. This room also looks over the garden.
